About Us

Expats' Associates was created after over two decades of living, working, and building a life in France — and witnessing, time and again, how difficult that process can be for newcomers and long-term residents alike. Behind every visa application, residency renewal, or housing search is a person trying to find their footing in an unfamiliar system. Over the years, we’ve encountered too many individuals who were overwhelmed, frustrated, and often on the verge of giving up. Some were entangled in complex legal battles they barely understood. Others were facing mounting fines simply because they hadn't known which form to fill out, which office to visit, or how to advocate for themselves in a language and culture that didn’t feel like home.

What stood out most was how many of these people fell through the cracks because they couldn’t afford the help they needed. Many services were either overpriced or so impersonal they left people feeling even more isolated. That’s why Expats' Associates was founded — to be a different kind of resource. One rooted in empathy, accessibility, and a deep understanding of the expat experience. We believe that no one should have to navigate these challenges alone or go broke trying to get help. Our mission is to provide clear, compassionate, and affordable support to those who need it, regardless of their background or budget.

At the core of everything we do is a simple but powerful value: looking after people. Whether you're brand new to France or you've been here for years but still feel like an outsider, Expats' Associates is here to stand by your side — with guidance, integrity, and care that you can count on.
